"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. "I had a small leak in the wall behind the frig which was the Icemaker line. The Tech did a nice job of fixing this leak and charging an appropriate amount for this, Approx $300. I asked him to check out my toilet as I thought the water ran a bit long and he replaced everything inside in about 15 minutes, even thou I had already done that about 6 months prior, and he charged me $100 more. Within a month the toilet handle was sticking and the water continued to run unless you remembered to pull up on it. The Tech did come out and fix the problem. Thanks."

"We originally contacted them because our solar pool heater was leaking so bad we couldn't use it.  We had them come out and check the system to see if it could be repaired.  They plugged the panels the best they could and helped us to get the system to run.  After a week or so, they sprang several other leaks.  David, the owner came out and looked at the system.  He said the panels needed to be replace and that he would like to pipe it differently.  After he explained everything to us, it made sense why he wanted to repipe it.  He also took the time to show us his panel and why it was better than the existing panels.  He came out himself and replaced the panels and removed the old ones.  We have had no issues with the system since and we've been swimming in a warm pool.  We could not be happier with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

"When 3 other companies looked at my AC unit they told me it needs to be replaced. The cost of repairing it would be just about the same because my unit uses R22 freon AC tech's refer to it as liquid gold. Mike came out and said it's getting close to needing replacement but not today with a simple fix. I asked about the R22 cost and he explained it to me that some companies just take advantage of it to sell you a new system. Mike repaired my AC for $3000.00 dollars less then my other lowest quote. Why use Mike Harper AC: Mike is not an hourly employee he is the owner he does the inspection and the work. When he doesn't do the work he goes around and checks what his employees did to make sure what they did meets his standards. In my opinion finding Mike Harper AC was like finding a needle in a hay stack."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
