"Really well - i have used several small landscapers (and even other contractors) over the years, and Josh was by far the best overall experience.  I got his name from a friend who used him for a larger project last year.  I think the price was fair but not cheap, hence my B rating there, but honestly I was not really able to get an equivalent bid from anyone else.  So i could be wrong there.   Overall the experience from sales through design and execution was great.  Josh is knowledgeable and easy-to-work-with, not typical pushy sales.  He worked with us on a great design from my rudimentary sketch, and it turns out to be EXACTLY what we wanted.  We engaged him in the fall, and they were not able to get the project done before winter (although he had never promised to.)  But he said we'd be first on the list in the spring.  He contacted us in March to finalize plans and get a deposit, then got the work done ASAP in mid-April.  They came when they said they would, with a crew of 3 and got the project done in 3 days.  I can't speak to long term quality, but am extremely pleased so far, and hopeful it holds up.   Since this is a front patio, we get many compliments from neighbors on the sidewalk, and have shared Josh's name several times.  Would recommend him highly!  Thanks again, Josh! <br />"

After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast. They did the demo and had the framing up in less than a full day, and poured the concrete the following morning and were done by lunch. It looks fantastic and is keeping that side of my basement dry. "Was very pleased with the overall result of New Again. I submitted dimensions and pictures over the website and received a very competitive quote. After stripping the deck there were a few more boards where some rotting was identified and Barak and his team replaced them promptly. Stain looks great and made an immediate difference. I had been contemplating if my 20 year old deck was too far gone and needed replacing... but after seeing what Barak could do with stripping the old paint off, replacing some bad boards, and staining... I'm very glad I chose to do this rather than replacement."

They were super professional when they came to do the estimate but the quote came in really high. I would not get a quote from them in the future because they are just too expensive for us."

"Everything went very well.  I had spent all summer trying to contact landscapers and waiting for replies that never came and finally, and fortunately, found Mickman Brothers.  I dealt with Paul, who kept me updated on everything, even if he was going to be a few minutes late for an appointment.  Our initial consultation was low key and he understood exactly what I was looking for and, importantly, what I was not looking for on this project at this time.  I made one tree-choice change.  The work was done, with just a 2-day delay, in a half day.  The crew was very hard-working and courteous, and they did a great job cleaning up. <br /> I have already told Paul I'll be contacting him in the spring of 2015 for Phase 2 of our project. <br />"

Given the patio dimensions, she misquoted the price lower than it should have been. Using D-Rock's price list we double-checked her math and found out she was off by 50%. This was supported by quotes received from other companies."
