Two or three days later I received a call from Jim McCann asking if I was looking for some information/pricing on windows. He explained he was returning my call from a caller ID log in his office. Well, I thought that was a good sign that he bothered to follow-up. We scheduled an appointment. Jim was right on time and his quote was lower than the other 2 quotes I had received. Jim told me up front it would be a little more than a month before he could have the windows installed. Jim called back about a month later and we scheduled an installation date. Jim and his installers arrived at the scheduled time and had the work completed in about 4 hours. The installation work and the windows (Sunrise Windows, check them out on the internet) were high quality. They cleaned up after the installation. I would certainly recommend at least getting an estimate from Jim if you are considering replacement windows. I would definitely hire them again based on my experience.
