"Very thorough, very professional job that took about 2 and half hours. Inspection was done with buyer and the owner present. Chris answered all the buyer's and owner's questions without hesitation. He used a FLIR which was fascinating tool to watch in action for the uninitiated. He instructed us on the proper use of the thermostat and took the time to explain how other items in the house worked and what to look for on a regular basis. In the end we learned a tremendous amount about the home and now have a more discerning eye for home construction and maintenance.
