"We saw this company building several houses in our neighborhood over time and asked if they did any small jobs. We scheduled a time for the supervisor to stop and give us an estimate on vinyl siding. They showed up on time and the job was done in two days. This led to my husband asking about a garage. He had wanted a garage for years. Once again we got an estimate and when completed we have a 28x38 concrete floor 2 bay garage. This crew knows their way around power tools for sure. Since they build custom homes there could be a wait to fit into the schedule but it will be worth it. Highly recommend."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"This company is very knowledgeable and has the manpower and equipment for a thorough job. And they were very thorough pointing our issues as they arose and assisting with unforeseen problems. Specifically when they discovered my garage-to-bedroom remodel had not been insulated they shifted to another part of the project while I contracted North Florida Insulation to schedule and have insulation blown into the wall (for insulators minimum charge) and MDS&S closed the holes and continued as part of the job. They also encouraged me to make check lists during at the end of work to make sure nothing was left undone. And nothing was left undone. They replaced 9 windows and all siding and kept me informed of how they were sealing all work to prevent future problems. The weather wasn't cooperating so it took a while but all the ducks were in a row!"

"The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

"We have worked with this contractor for about 10 years and he is our go to person for any type of remodelling or repairs. Over the years he has built a lanai, extended and remodelled the kitchen, built an attic room, installed spot lighting outdoors, built a 3 car garage, added a staircase, replaced roofing, converted attached garage into a laundry and exercise room, extended the driveway; repathed outside paths, built an outdoor patio and probably many other things I'm forgetting. 
The reason we always contract to Kevin is he is exceptionally creative, visionary and helpful when it comes to achieving the look we want. His work is high quality, meticulous and always completed in a timely way. There is always a flourish added that we just wouldnt have come up with ourselves and he takes pride in making sure everything is just right and follows up afterwards to see if anything is needing tweaked. Granite, wood, tiling, whatever... it all turns out beautiful! 
 His subcontractors and  assistants have always been very courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Some of the work was completed when we were on vacation.  Kevin's team is also animal friendly! On more than one occasion they've corraled the dogs or helped relocate one runaway!

"We hired them to perimeter fence our farm with no climb horse wire with wood on top. Approximately 7 acres of that type of fence. We also have a 13 acre pasture that we wanted fenced in RAMM flex fence. I specifically asked if they had experience with RAMM because it works on a tension system and needs to be installed specifically according to the manufacturer. Melanie said they did have experience with it and it would be no problem. While the crew did a good job on the perimeter fencing, they had no idea what they were doing with the RAMM fencing. They didn't brace corners/gates properly, and I had to hire another company to uninstall and reinstall what was messed up. And when I went to pay Melanie the final payment, there was an additional $4000+ added to her original quote. She said she had missed 200 feet of fencing when she did the estimate."

"This is a well-deserved, very positive review. We highly recommend this company. My wife and I decided to act preemptively and replace our roof because we didn’t want it to start leaking. I did a search on Angies List and came up with several promising candidates. We solicited bids and interviewed those most promising. J&M roofing submitted the lowest bid, but that wasn’t the only reason we selected them. Kevin (Marketing Director) and “Shy” (General Manager) made the most impressive presentation so we awarded them the contract. Work began on schedule and we were most impressed with the work team. They worked very hard, in terrible conditions (hottest week of the year) for 12 and 13 hour days. They completed the project (about 4,000 sqft) in 3 days, just as Kevin had predicted. They cleaned up after themselves real well. They were al very friendly and responsive to any requests. The GM came out twice to check on the progress and to do a final inspection of the roof himself. He found two shingles that he felt needed to be replaced and someone came quickly to do this. There were several other inspections to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. The final result is a beautiful new roof, We couldn’t be more satisfied. Quality control is definitely high on their list of priorities."
