Power is good with follow up, they sent a quality control person to check the work and also to talk about any other projects they could do for me - which is to be expected. "The exterior of my house was inspected and repairs were made on existing soft wood.  Preventative caulk was applied to prevent future damage. My stairs were not trimmed out properly when harwood was installed last year (by another contractor) and Wes and team trimmed the landings so they look finished now.  Great job, good price.
