"First of all he said it would be a month and it took 6 months to start the repair. The window that needed to be replaced was almost 6 ft x 6 ft. Instead of a new window she said it would be better to just replace the glass it would be as good as new and cheaper. The glass they put in was held in by c*** only and on the top and one of the sides did not even reach the trim, you could poke a piece of metal from inside your house to the outside with no obstruction. There is wood damage before they got there that he was supposed to replace and he cut a load-bearing beam and toe nailed a bunch of wood together for the support which started sinking days after the install. . I was awarded a judgment against him in court for the full amount but he has not paid and has not been showing up for court dates. This is not an over exaggeration I would be willing to send pictures of his work if anyone is interested and thinking of using this clown show of a company"
