"Caleb arrived on time for our appointment so I could show him the issue with our soft flooring. Though not necessary in my opinion he analyzed the issue from below which required crawling under our home. He promised a proposal and soon after he departed he submitted it via text message and I accepted it. He and his assistant arrived a few days later on time at the scheduled time and they promptly started the ‘tear out’ part of the work. They worked continuously all day long with only a short break for lunch. There were a couple of decisions I had to make that invariably occur when a remodeling job is done and he offered the pros and cons to each alternative. He identified a discovery of a load bearing wall that needed additional support and I told him to go ahead a correct that issue which he did with no additional fee. Upon completion of the work they cleaned up the work area that extended into our garage and left it cleaner than I would have expected. This was a physically demanding, dirty job and both were covered in sweat and dirt by the end of the day. Both were clearly knowledgeable of home construction and they both seemed to get satisfaction from improving our home. It is difficult to find hard working, skilled handy men like this and I am certain that I will employ Caleb with Innovation Renovation for other work in the future."

"I had Amazing Renovations demolish an old deck and build back a new deck with composite decking. After getting the go ahead, Richy (Amazing Renovations) quickly coordinated the logistics. Richy was always available to answer any question we had, and he would monitor the progress and needs of the project on a daily basis. The removal of the old deck and the ordering and arrival of materials for the new deck happened in a timely manner. The personnel building the deck were professional/polite and very helpful. "We could not be happier that we trusted Ray (MRM) with our project (35x20 covered, screened, back porch addition connected to the house). We received an estimate from the owner on day one and Ray worked with us as we adjusted plans and helped to keep our costs as low as possible. Before signing the contract, Ray covered everything in detail and answered all our questions. Ray introduced the project manager and stopped by often to check on the status. "I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
