They all were professional, timely; and, when a major problem was discovered in the fascia and the eaves, Charles and Nick replaced the rotted wood and installed the gutters. He took the extra time to go over the entire process with me and I felt like I was being listened to, rather than just another customer. He was not pushy at all and was straightforward, which I appreciated. He responded to every one of my thousand questions in a timely manner, even responding to my text messages the next day. It was such an easy process and he was very professional, which is more than I can say for most contracting companies. The crew arrived the first thing that morning and spent the day protecting my lawn/plants, taking down the old roof, putting the new one on, and fully cleaned up after themselves. "The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
