I got into contact with Dawn who worked out the logistics of everything and patiently explained what would and would not work. On installation day, Tom worked quickly and efficiently. The countertops were cut and installed within a few hours and he helped us with installing our new kitchen sink and garbage disposal. It has been a few days now and I am still staring at my new kitchen in awe! I feel like the people who built this rental home used shortcuts when they worked on the kitchen, so I am relieved to know that my kitchen was re-done properly. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

"Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day. Overall I think the project turned out great, and I'll definitely call Tony the next time I have a project I can't handle on my own."
