"The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. Geremi responded immediately, quoted a reasonable price to unclog the line, was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave it his all until the line was clear!! His camera showed water running through the line after it was cleared, and his recommendation was simply annual snaking for $75. I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

"On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. "Excellent service. Kevin came and assessed the problem. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. "My house was built in 1926 and the sewer pipes have not been changed in over 50 years.  Plotke Plumbing would come out every year and snake out the roots in the main line.  This year they had a hard time breaking through, so I decided to have the camera run down the length of the pipe.  Roots were entering the seams of the clay pipe.  Giovanni did the camera inspection, which I watched while the camera went down the line.  He gave me an estimate on using a combination of pipe bursting and reline. Only 2 holes were dug and no trenching. He indicated the job would take 3 days, and offered to start a few days later, since there was no backup or emergency.  I have used Plotke Plumbing on big and small jobs for many years. I trust the owners and decided to go forward.  The crew showed up right on time, spent the first day doing the excavation, second and third day installing the new pipe and cleaning up.  I got to see the completed job by the camera that was inserted in the line for me.  I think they did a good job, showed up on time, did what they said they would do and delivered the finished job at the agreed price. Nobody likes to hear that they need a big plumbing job for their home.  Plotke Red Lilly works around my neighborhood all the time.  They would not be in business this long if they were not doing a good work and providing good customer service.
