"We had a bad experience based on a recommendation we were given for another paving contractor and that business did a terrible job. We were disgusted needless to say. Based on reviews from Angie's list BDB has such high ratings we decided to give them a call. I explained our situation and they were very understanding. BDB sent a person out to look at the driveway. He told us what they would do to both fix the situation and install with the correct materials. After having gone through what we did we were being very cautious about every little thing. They were truly great sports and listened to our every request. We were probably being a little fussy but we had just been through a bad experience and we had never had a driveway repaved. Devin was also great in trying to work with our very difficult time schedule. So thank you to BDB!! We would highly recommend them. Price wise they are a little pricy and they admit that and they also tried to take into consideration our situation but it was worth it."

"Grout beautiful is true to its name. I wish there was a way to upload pictures of the before and after. A team of three diligent and courteous workers, Nick, Frances and Joe showed up on time and did not stop working till the job was done. The family room and kitchen grout was repaired and sealed with a color I chose when I got the free estimate. Two bathrooms were fully regrouted and I felt the need to wear sunglasses when I saw the finished product. Estimate was fair and true to what was on the paper and not a penny over. I was able to pay the whole amount when the job was done. The area was cleaned when the project was complete. I would definitely call this company again and if you need a tile or grout project you should call them!!"

"Three years ago Ross Services installed travertine tiles on my lanai/pool deck. They did an excellent job. Three years later, three tiles were damaged, one as a result of the repair of a pool leak. I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call. I would highly recommend Ross Services for anyone looking for tile/paver work and the many other services they provide."
