Joe was very patient with me, answering all my many, many questions about the products, waiting for me to make a decision, waiting for pool to be completed, etc. Once I finally made the decision(the right one) to use this company and trust Joe's advice, the product was delivered very quickly and installed the same day by the incredibly helpful and professional Gino, who answered all my questions about operation, best practices, etc. The installation was neat and professional, Gino cleaned up after himself, made expert recommendations about future products. The same night, when I thought something was not working, both Gino and Joe helped me troubleshoot an issue that was actually caused by an error on my pool builder's part and walked me through the very simple fix. They are also willing to come back and fix an issue not caused by them, but the instructions were so clear and easy, I was able to do it myself. 5 star sales, 5 star install, 5 star customer service after the sale.
