He came to look at the home damage the next day. After I made the decision to go with his company for the repairs, he did a great job of keeping me updated along the way regarding when he would be able to start my repairs. His pricing was fair and the team that did the work could not have been more professional and awesome! After the repairs, they left my porch so clean, it looked as if nothing had happened! "A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"We expected to have the advertisement honored, especially the part that stated that labor and materials were included. We received a contract about 3.5 months after we signed up for the deal for $43K, not including any materials, except cabinets. We were responsible for paying for and supplying tile, counter tops, light fixtures, back splash, door knobs and pulls. We also asked about any warranty and we were basically told these were worthless regardless of what anyone promised.

Trey is definitely honest so we appreciated that. But just have to remember if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I think there was a lack of communication between the service provider and Angie's list. Just recommend before signing up, confirm all details with the service provider. And be prepared to pay extra for ANY upgrades or add-ons."
