"The company responded promptly and scheduled a same day appointment, and then they were able to actually arrive early to perform the work.  The plumber who arrived was professional and provided a good explanation of what he thought needed to be done, and did also provide an accurate estimate.  It took roughly 15-20 minutes total time to complete the work.
I have nothing negative to say regarding their work or professionalism.  My only issue is with the cost.  As this is a larger company that is in many locations, I believe that you are paying more for the name (overhead) than you are for the skills of the plumber or the job being done.

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
