He asked me a few questions to properly assess the situation and then told me someone would be over tomorrow between 2pm-3pm. Sure enough shortly after 2pm I received a call letting me know that they were on their way. The serviceman politely greeted me and introduced himself upon arrival. "I got three estimates. They were the middle estimate but they did not try to upsell me as the others did even though they did explain all of my options and answer my questions. They arrived on time, performed the work per their estimate. They warned me about the dust even though they clearly tried to contain it as much as possible. Cleaned up after themselves. The drain system is working. The workers answered all of my questions. I would hire them again if needed. They put the drain in one side of my basement and under a porch."
