"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

Broke off reinforcement in the process of installing supports for the rod in the master closet, and failed to mention it. Two men were sent for the 8-hour job and the majority of work was done by one individual; basically, I received 4 hours of labor. I also had to pay for an additional hour of labor because it took 5 hours to complete the work described above. Mirror in half bath is not centered."
