"He don't have any experience regarding on the project it seems like it was his first time and being a customer I feel uncomfortable to this I don't want to put on trial and I want a total solution he came over I was surprised that he cant do the job when I basically ask during the inquiry that if he knew how to install tesla he said yes and when during the time of the schedule he said that he cant probably do to install he can only provide a new power for tesla. I quickly contacted several electricians from Angie's list and only heard back from two of them. Both were pleasant and helpful. One could not get to me for about 7-9 days. The other (Phaze Electric) had me on their schedule the next day. Jerome showed up early and quickly assessed what was needed. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. "Brad came out promptly after I called. After looking at the panel he found that one of the breakers had been popped. He didn't even charge me for he call. It doesn't get any better than that. The trouble was that there was a piece of red tape over the breaker and I thought it was one that was not being used. when the panel was installed at the time we bought the house, the electrician taped over one of the breakers that was not working. He told me not to mess with it. unfortunately the tape had slipped down over the breaker that was tripped, hiding its status. on top of that it was mislabeled as bathroom instead of bedroom. Brad said that the panel was not installed properly 20 years ago. I wish I had known about Brad back then."
