"When I first called mold test company they was friendly and very concerned about my issue a inspector came out did the air testing looked very professional and acted very professional I'll get a call a few days later saying that the test went wrong and that they was going to mail me a asbestos kit out so I can do the testing and send it back to them they wouldn't come back out to retest that's wasn't fair to me that is not what I paid for $469 for them check to come out to make sure that my air is clean so I can have my carpets laid down by empire now I'm still waiting and they asking me to do the testing and that is very unfair to me that is not the services I pay for I did not make that mistake the company did that and that wasn't my problem I'm very disappointed with this company they haven't render the services that I paid for I shouldn't have to do no testing they should have came back out and retested and it would have been no problem so far as that part that was the problem I have with this company they made a mistake and they want to make it inconvenient for me because they didn't want to send somebody back out. And if they talk to me I'm probably wouldn't conversated them for the time but they talk to like it was fault"

We were originally scheduled for Sunday (which surprised me), but they didn't show up until Monday. The worst part was that I had to constantly follow up myself to find out if they were coming. "I recently hired John to do a mold remediation DO NOT use John Kearns. He is a SCAM. I recently hired John to conduct mold remediation on a house a few months ago. He spent 3 days doing the remediation work and charged $3,000. 2 months later, the mold is back. The exact places where he initially treated the mold have now returned. I called and texted John several times and he REFUSES to come back to fix the mold issue. He clearly did not successfully removed the mold the first time, and now he wonâ t even come back to fix his initial mess. What a joke. Just spent $3,000 and now I have to hire another mold company to clear up Johnâ s mess. He is arrogant scam artist who cannot do his job.
