"We engaged Better Living Patio and Sunrooms of Pittsburgh to transform our screened in porch into a four-season room. Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. We planned to talk with them and visit through a window, since we are both at high risk for COVID due to cancer. I asked that the room be complete by Thanksgiving, but, as November dates became closer to the holiday, it appeared we would not meet the date. I appealed to our salesperson, Anthony, who connected me with the owner, Ray Hepp. Mr. Hepp was extremely helpful, moving quickly to obtain back orders (due to COVID) and assigning his team to finish the room before the holiday. We love our new room! Because of Mr. Hepp's integrity and kindness, we were able to share not only Thanksgiving, but also Christmas holidays with our family while maintaining the distance we need to remain safe. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. "Where do I start? KLA Construction is staffed by the most talented, considerate and professional individuals we've ever dealt with. From the first day when Fred and Joanne visited our home and offered suggestions, to Robert supervising his crew, to the "crew" of Terry and Todd, we experienced nothing but outstanding work. Being an inside job, one would expect plaster dust throughout the house, but before Terry and Todd started, they completely "tombed" our bedroom furniture and floor in plastic and closed off the bathroom with a plastic curtain. They started everyday on time and left with their shop vac sweeping the hallway and stairs. "Tony worked with us to get a free quote and then we signed contract the next day for them to do our roof. We were scheduled and he was in contact with us when they were delivering materials and when they were starting the job. The guys came to start the roof and they were really nice guys. Courteous and picked up after themselves. Yard was cleaned up when they were done and the metal roof is really nice looking. The guys worked hard in the hot weather and in the rain. They got everything done in just 3 days and we have a pretty big roof. They did excellent and told us to call if we have any problems at all. Awesome team and definitely would recommend them!! Price was in our range and I was quoted soooo much higher than them when I was shopping around for roof guys. So happy we got them!!"

"Installed windows when it was freezing cold out & they were so efficient my thermostat only went from 70 degrees to 69. When they left you never knew they were here, the cleanup was done extremely well & they even took a magnet over my landscaping & driveway to pick up stray nails. The costs to heat & cool my house got cut almost in half. The locks are awesome, never seen anything like it on a window & what they didn't tell me was that I can no longer hear the traffic from the main road. My door & sliding glass door came next & they are way warmer than my previous doors & beautiful. The door carpenter was very meticulous & you couldn't get a better installation. Definitely had a much better experience than when I've used other contractors! I'm looking forward to my next project with Integrity."

Contractor took out existing wall, dug out part of the hillside, and installed a proper wall and stairs. They were very friendly and professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job."
