The main window washer was very courteous and explained why he could not clean our windows really well but later after they left, the next morning as the sun came through the windows, I saw messy streaks and a bad job done by his assistant who had worked on those windows. I would not hire them again because of lack of quality control. The owner of P&E was not there to check on their work."

Opening up the wall and area around the leak revealed the worst case scenario. Once black mold was discovered, research pointed the way to one of the few licensed professional mold remediation companies on Kauai. Owner Gabe Prieto quickly took charge. His certified technicians dismantled the bathroom, walls were opened up and shower surround removed revealing the shower had also been leaking requiring water remediation. Black mold was removed, walls treated, the bathroom sealed off with heater and fan going nonstop completely drying the area for days.
