"YAY! Thank GOD for Kaena and his company Lyden Siding! We got dinged on our homeowners insurance for siding that recently warped and exposed the house. Kaena came the next day and gave us a reasonable quote. Set appt for like 12 days out but after me pleading with him, explaining our timing dilemma he made it happen and came with his worker Cheyenne the very next day. Very grateful! Cheynenne is talented and a trooper!! Got the job done within 3 hours and let me tell you, it was BLAZING HOT! Sun beating down directly on him. But it did not affect his work. He's definitely a quality skilled professional. They cleaned up, gave me a requested W9 and a signed receipt. WA-LA, my stress is no more. I was freaking out we might lose our insurance but Kaena & Cheyenne got the job done in plenty of time. YAY!!"

"I am very happy with Tal Builders LLC. I called them on a Thursday and they arranged for a Project Manager come over for an estimate on that Sunday which worked well for my schedule. When my project manage Amit arrived and we discussed what I needed was remove our soaker tub which cast iron and replace it with a handicapped shower for my husband who fell and broke his neck and femur at the hip bone. He hasn't been home since December 5th. Amit is fair and compassionate and said he wanted to help me with this project.. We discussed a fair price and how soon to start and finish of this project. He even went shopping with me to pick up the finish things for the project. They provided the proof of insurance and license needed required by our condo. The project started 3 days after shopping , the workers that are James and Hip, very kind and master full arrived right on time and it is Thursday now and the project is over half way done. I would recommend Tal Builders LLC."

"Very responsive. Did their proposal, once it was accepted completed the roof within two weeks. Only complaint that I have is that the truck that delivered the roofing materials was not very careful driving down the long driveway. He broke several tree branches along the way. Action Roofing paid to have the debris hauled away. Overall, I am very pleased with their service.

I'm a General Contractor,you can see my selective catergories.I use my services all over Oahu.I have my own subs Drarftsman,plumber, electrian painter,mason tilesetter and block setters.We also build and design.I have 4 employees right now use to have eight but it was too much over head like keeping it small.I'm always on the jobsite.My billing procedures are simple we ask for 50 % down and and 20% when we get so far and so forth,you hold the last percentage until final walk thru and sign-off.Their is 1 walk thru to make a punchlist of what needs to be corrected,we go in and finalize it.If theres a problem we sit down and get to the root of the problem, I'm straight forward easy to talk to.
