"Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. "A young man showed up at the door and offered to have Timber Home Improvements give us an estimate for roof replacement. We had lost quite a few asphalt tiles on our garage roof from some recent storms so I agreed to get an estimate. Normally I would have said no but the young man was so nice that I agreed. So then the estimator, Roger, came a few days later and gave us what I thought was a VERY reasonable estimate to replace the garage roof. The financing was also so attractive that we decided to do it and Roger was also extremely nice! <br /> We made an appointment and the crew came about a week later. I couldn't believe how FAST they were and how well they worked together. There were at least 7 men and it took them only 3 hours. The roof and vents look great and were a huge improvement for our leaking old roof. They cleaned up and hauled away all the old roof and everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Timber Home Improvements to anyone I know. Our experience with them was perfect in every way and they even called a couple of weeks after the job was done to make sure that all is well. If we had any problems, which we don't, I'm confident they would fix them quickly."
