"Pat and Dane from AQC builders did a great job of seeing through the conversion of a commercial building into our residence! They were cheerful in their work and were always a pleasure to have around, and all the way from the demolition to the finish work, the pride they take in their work really showed! Pat did his best to keep our project on time and on budget and was patient with us through the trying time when Covid had really started to disrupt materials availability ( like our IKEA kitchen! ) Integrity, commitment to quality, fair pricing, that's what you want in a contractor. "We didn’t do the work with them.  The quote was good and we were considering doing some work on some tiles before we sold the house and then we decided we were not going to do it. He was great and seemed fair.  We needed some tiles cleaned and he had some chemicals that got it off right away and we were not able to get it done with over the shelf stuff. We didn’t go with him for the full job."
