She personally drove me around the neighborhood and told me what type of shingle and color I was looking at so I could relate to what I was seeing when a shingle was on a roof versus trying to imagine what a small sample on a sample board would look like on a full roof. She even brought over loose shingles for three final types I was trying to decide on and laid them out in blocks on my lawn so I could see how the shingles looked in a large patch. "On Friday April 19th 2019 at 2 p.m. Mr. Scott Jackman arrived at my home, as scheduled. When he left at 4:30 p.m. I knew more about Roofing than I ever thought there was to know. Mr. Jackman was very personable and answered all my questions without making me feel I was a total idiot. Since I don't have a computer. All in all the experience with Scott was very easy and pleasant. At first the night before he came over I was a little hesitant and felt uneasy about having someone come over. Having the inspection with photographs and details of my current roof situation I agreed to have the DaBella scheduled to do my new roof. I feel comfortable that they will provide good service. I have had 2 other roofs put on my home since I bought my home 30 some years ago. Scott shared with me that the ventilation need updating, that this was causing my roofing issues. I picked out the Glenwood shingle. He was very kind and shared with me that that is one of the most top line shingles available.
