"Did excellent work and extremely pleasant ...I had a broken picture window repair And it looks brand new ...he came promptly and within a hours fine ... would recommend him highly !"

"Had two installer crews come over the course of 2 weeks â  the first crew, led by Phil, did a bang-up job. Demo was quick and efficient and the windows themselves are things of pure beauty. However, there were a few items that were missed â  one in our original sales call, and one after realizing that one of the double-hung windows couldn't be properly locked. The company responded by sending out a second installer team and John and Rich did an amazing job of installing the window lifts we should have gotten with our order, fixing the lock problem on the double-hung window, and smoothing out a few finishing issues on some of the other windows. Amazing customer service and craftmanship."

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"Jason and his team were punctual, friendly, and well versed in their trade as they repaired my foundation wall. They were neat, conscientious, and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them."

"Errol and his son arrived on time, repaired my screen door as good as new. They were so professional and skilled, the whole process was a pleasure. I intend to use Reid services again and recommend them to my friends."

"They are a little more expensive than other window installers but they did an amazing job. They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. The end result looks wonderful. A true pleasure to work with."

"Work was done in two stages due to weather so worked with two crews both friendly and excellent. A problem was fixed promptly and properly. Would highly recommend this outfit"

"Very good job ! No loose ends, the workers really did a wonderful finish job. We had a screened in porch converted to a 4 season room by adding these windows. My husband is a real stickler for detail and, he was out there "inspecting" every move they made.... after awhile he came inside and said: "These guys really know what they're doing""

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
