The owner, Steve, came to my home and looked over the completed worked and helped me with questions about my dehumidifier. "We paid close to $20,000 to BQ Basements to completely waterproof our basement. We still get water and they told us we need another sump pump installed at over $2,000. They guaranteed we would not get water after installation. Be aware they do not stand behind their work or honor warranties."
