"I was referred to WCS by the pest management company I normally use since they don’t deal with squirrels in the attic. This was one of the best referrals I’ve ever gotten! Tim from WCS arrived within 24 hours. He did a very thorough inspection of the attic spaces - even got into the hard-to-access part of the attic over the original part of the house. Tim is VERY knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was even willing to share insights on dealing with attic mice that I didn’t realize were present. He did a very thorough evaluation of the exterior of the house to identify any points of entry. In doing so, he also secured aluminum fascia and vinyl siding that had come loose over the past 21 years - all without being asked and all without charging a penny more. Since the squirrels had apparently vacated the soffit area prior to Tim’s arrival, he installed 2 traps at the point of access/egress - one to capture squirrels exiting and one to capture any that may try to re-enter. None were captured and Tim sealed the opening with aluminum. He was just great to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"We've been using them because we had mice in the house. The mice are pretty much gone but they still come. I think I am going to stop them because it is $75 every time they come and it's getting expensive. They seem to know what they're doing. They're pretty good. This is the first time I've had experience with this type of company. They seem to have identified the problem and rectified it for the most part. The question I have that I'm not sure is now it's almost like a maintenance type of thing. There were a couple of spots where they felt the mice were coming in. There's a bird feeder where the feeder was throwing seeds. They put traps around the house where the bird feeders were. They said it would attract the mice to eat and die. But mice also leave a scent trail and so it seems like that is substituting one scent for another. My feeling is that they seem to have solved the problem but now you need the maintenance of these traps and I'm not sure that's really necessary. I'm always kind of suspicious of companies that say you have to keep on doing it to prevent the issue. Their people are nice and professional and there is no issue there. They did what they said they were going to do. They solved the problem. When you are looking at the cost for the year it seems a little high."

Mark explained in detail how to treat it and said it's a job that can be done by the owner if you're handy. I appreciate his honest recommendation and coming over for the inspection.
