"Matt was quick to come give me an estimate and never made me feel pressured. His quote was much more reasonable than the other three quotes I received. I did receive a little bit cheaper quote on windows from one of the other companies but the salesman was very pushy and I didn't feel comfortable working with him. There was a slight miscommunication between Matt & the door manufacture regarding the finish on the door but Matt handled it and got the correct door re-ordered even though it caused a delay in the original timeline. Matt's crew was very friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a great job installing the windows and doors and I'm looking forward to the money I will save since these are much more energy efficient than my previous doors. The front door adds a lot of curb appeal that was missing before. Overall I would highly recommend The Home Improvement Company."

"The communication was an issue. Some of the things we discussed in the walk-through estimate, were mentioned in the final contract. He said he would take down light fixtures for painting the ceiling, which is one example, and he did not complete that to my knowledge. Overall, I was pleased with the quality. The drywall was pitted and he was able to smooth it and paint it. The price was also fair."

"Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either.
