Completely clueless, we were hoping they would be able to inspect and clean both the chimney for our wood burning stove, fireplace, and the chimney for our furnace. Imagine our surprise when they arrived and told us they'd been to the house before, serviced it, and even relined one of the chimneys; great information that the seller hadn't told us. "I don't normally leave reviews (good or bad), but I had to comment on my experience with Casey's. From the phone call to the appointment with Casey himself, everything was exceptional. The knowledge and customer service on the phone from Valerie was probably the best I've ever received on a first call. She was able to give advice to put my mind at ease with the concerns I had and when I mentioned there was an odd smell coming from the heat she went out of her way to schedule me the very next day knowing that the cold weather was coming and this appointment was needed to go ahead with a new furnace install (and knowing I had a 6-month old at home). When Casey showed up he was extremely professional and I could tell he was concerned about my issues and wanted to make sure they were either fixed right there, or I knew exactly what needed to be done to fix them. Not only that, but one of my fireplaces is gas which I was not too familiar with how to turn on, without me even asking he made sure it turned on correctly and then walked me thru the steps to turn it on safely. He also gave me a "Homeowner's Guide to Chimneys and Fireplaces", again not something he needed to do. All of this on top of his guy Anthony (also very professional) finding a small issue I was not aware of on the chimney itself which they went ahead and fixed for me free of charge since the flues did not need cleaning. The main reason they came was to confirm if I need a chimney liner for the hot water heater since I am switching to high efficiency heat. Normally, I would be wary that whoever came would just say I need one to get the business even if I didn't, but I am confident that Casey is honest and would only say I need one if I absolutely do. I wish Casey's did more than just chimneys/fireplaces because I would hire them for the job every time."

Mike was able to make a great rough assessment of how the chimney was functioning from a google image search, and explained exactly why I was experiencing poor draft. He spent half an hour of his time walking me through my options, providing a ballpark figure for the work, and providing general guidance on how to proceed with my project. Without a doubt, he is the most knowledgeable professional I've spoken to, and has a deep understanding of pellet stoves, installs, maintenance and system design. This is the guy you want to use."

"After contacting Above All Roofing I was quickly notified by Cyle. He was very polite, professional and courteous. We agreed on a time that worked best for me and he showed up exactly when he said he would! After inspecting the roof it was determined that the missing flashing from my chimney was most likely the culprit. Within a day or 2 I was emailed a quote to fix the flashing and also a full roof replacement quote. I decided to go with the full roof replacement. Once again I contacted Cyle and he set up an appointment to meet and was once again there when he said he would be. Once the contract was signed a day was set up for installation. The crew that showed up was awesome! Chris, Cyle and the rest of the crew showed up early and did not stop at all! It was a very smooth and seamless process and any additional work that needed to be done was communicated to me. I was extremely impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. "Dennis Jr. came out himself with his assistant and performed a full inspection of the three-season room roof, which is what we initially contacted them for. They also went on the roof for the rest of the house to inspect some things because when they were inspecting the three-season room roof they noticed a few things weren't right. It turned out that the company that installed our roof never installed proper protection from ice and snow. We were very appreciative of this information. We had spoken with a few other companies and some contractors. Robinson Roofing gave us the most thorough inspection of our property, the most information about what needed to be done, and also the best price. We hired them to do the roof on the three-season room, install the metal to protect against snow and ice, and to resecure the gutters. A day or so before they came, I remembered that we also needed a chimney cap. They told me they could take the measurements when they were doing the rest of the work and place the order. The day of, they took the measurements for the chimney cap and Dennis kept me appraised of their progress. There were some extra materials and work that needed to be done for the new roof and Dennis made sure to check with me and get approval before proceeding. They were even back the next day to install the chimney cap! Everyone was professional, they cleaned up well when they were done, and they were kind enough to take some bulky items to discard for me that I needed to get out of the driveway. We were extremely happy with the services provided and would absolutely recommend Robinson Roofing!!!"

He allowed me to see for myself that the chimney was in good shape and provided an excellent referral for a furnace repair person.
