"I was provided a pre-Estimate (Invoice) prior to scheduling. We easily agreed upon a date of service/Installation. Prior to installation, a while back when I had my old garage door repaired-by Fagan---- a salesperson assessed my current door, informed me that I probably was due for a New Door---BUT No High Pressure!--which I really appreciated. The old door repair lasted me about a year, But I always had in the back of my mind that I needed to replace the door. On the day of installation, a team of two arrived. They were prompt, informative, and Very personable. It only took them a few hours to dismantle old garage door & associated parts, And then Install the New Garage Door w/New Remote & Motor. (I decided to replace the whole unit, since the motor, and remote were also old). I was Very happy with their work. They cleaned up after themselves, completely. Most importantly, they were very professional, and had a wonderful attitude. They even went over the instructions for coding (if I needed in the future) for the remote password code. They also ;went over with me when & how to lubricate the metal hinges---And even left me what was left in the bottle! All accompanying manufacturers' paperwork was provided. The new door closes very quietly, and smoothly. It is also attractive! I would definitely recommend Fagan Doors, and would hire again!"

"The owner's name is Bill and he at first gave me a quick quote for a couple of options over the phone based on my description of what I needed.  He told me if I wanted he could come by and check everything to be sure.   I told him that was alright, but after getiing higher prices from 2 other providers on Angie's List, I called him and asked him to come out to be sure the price was accurate.   <br /> The following day he arrived as scheduled and checked everything out.  He actually disagreed with an assessment by another provider that a custom door (and more expensive) was needed, based on his 30+ years experience installing garage doors.  He offered non-insulated and insulated doors as options.  He preferred insulated doors because of their solid structure and dent-resistance but I was hesitant on spending the extra money on insulated doors for a detached garage with no heat. <br /> He offered me a great deal on the insulated doors (two-sided steel) because he felt I would be happier with them long-term and he offered to put in a keypad and lock release at additonal no charge.  We agreed with a handshake,  He said he would be by 3 days later and the job would be done by 1pm, and said I could leave the check with someone if I wasn't home.  Three days later he arrived as scheduled and the job was done by noon.  I wasn't home so he took the time to demonstrate how the openers work to my brother-in-law. <br /> He also hauled away the old wooden doors.  The doors work perfectly and quietly with apparent attention to detail.  I got a higher quality door than the two other quotes I received, for a lot less money.  I really recommend Edgewood Door Company. <br />"

"Following a few "problems" (wrong door size ordered resulting in very long wait for arrival and installation). (the fact that we wanted a black door which I understand is not standard also was a factor in the time waited.) When correct size finally came in the installation went nicely. Very competent, personable, thorough installer (Mike). Nice cleanup afterward also. Finally the door itself is quiet, love the LED light and belt drive rather than chain, and so much better than the original door. Based on the above (aside from the few annoying "hiccups") , I'm satisfied and would recommend Pezza Garage Doors."

"George is very responsive and comes when he says, and does excellent work. We were really impressed with the plumbing job.  A very pricey hot water faucet handle had corroded out - the company (Grohe) doesn't even make that anymore in the finish we have (polished brass) so there would have been no way to replace it. It was badly leaking when the COLD water was turned on - while this was the hot water handle!  Very wierd. A plumber had looked at it a while ago and couldn't fix it. We were worried we'd need to replace it,which would have meant replacing the entire set up in the bathroom sink (a comparable set up would have been at least $600 without installation!!!), and that wouldn't have matched the tub. But George took it all apart, took pictures, contacted Grohe to figure out the best way to repair it, and after a lot of time that he didn't charge us for, was able to fix it. Oh, and the plumber who had looked at it  earlier had pried it off and scratched it; George was very careful not to damage the finish.    He did other things for us too - fixed a futon on the spot when we first contacted him and didn't charge us for that; did a beautiful job rebuilding a closet door that was made in such a way that the clothes wouldn't fit and had been constantly falling off. We had kept trying to put that door back on its tracks and it would fall off again after a while.  George immediately suggested the smart thing to do was just rebuild the whole thing, pulling it out a bit and installing new matching woodwork. He did a beautiful job on that, and now it works once and for all. And so forth. We highly recommend him. <br />"
