They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. Repair Pro's Hamilton Forrest responded quickly, came out to evaluate the next morning, and rearranged his schedule so that he could fix the hole in my roof well before the rain started. He and his helper went above and beyond, replaced other shingles that had been damaged, cleaned the gutters, and afterwards cleared the residual debris around the perimeter of the house. "This was our second time using J & M. Great group of folks. The roof and siding look great. We gave a B because there were a few hiccups this go around. Not enough material was ordered to complete the shed. The crew left nails everywhere and we have 4 small dogs which was frustrating. It took longer than expected to have siding done. However, Melissa was very polite and did her best to accommodate us. We would definitely use them again for our future siding or roofing needs despite the length of time that it took this time."
