I didn't realize there was an additional $100 charge to have the main trunk line cleaned so that was a surprise, but wanted the entire vent system cleaned so I paid the additional money. They also offered to cleaned my dry vent while there for $50 so I had that done as well. While the inside of the dryer looked great, the vent on the outside of the house had a lot of lent built up/clogged. I was able to just reach in and pull out the build up lent. I don't know how well the dryer vent was actually cleaned since there was that build up. Once I pulled out the lent and turned on the drying the air flow seemed to work much better."
