"I had old metal gutters (probably original to the house) still installed and knew that year 4 into living there, that I needed an upgrade and a better solution to clogged gutters, ill situated downspouts, and just a general headache. On top of all that, I actually had a hole in several corners of my fascia.

I contacted Home Improvements USA and was impressed with their thoroughness in explaining my options and answering all of my questions regarding the product. I felt that my Salesman was professional and eager to close the sale. I also liked the Lifetime Warranty they offered, so I signed a contract and submitted a deposit right there. I am a busy professional and don't have time to worry about gutters, I like the idea that I can call with whatever issue and it's their responsibility to come out to address the situation. The office personnel also seem prompt and responsive to my needs; I appreciate good service.

Staff showed up within the next couple of weeks and when I came home from work, they were wrapping up my install. I was able to watch them work for awhile, ask questions during and after completion, etc. Several days went by and I noticed that one of the downspouts wasn't positioned where I'd asked and was now pooling water onto my walkway. So I immediately called to get the downspout corrected. They showed up within two days to correct it; I came home from work and my downspout was fixed. It's been about a month now and I have been impressed with the gutters and end caps I purchased; they're performing as I was assured.

They also repaired the rotting fascia in several key spots. I am now living clog free and not worried about where the downspouts are positioned and the ensuring pools of water around my property. I would use them again, as I'm considering basement windows."

He didn't try to upsell us, and in fact told us our gutters were fine and didn't need replacing prior to the gutter guards. The crew came out and finished the job in one day. A month later, so far so good. They also sent us pictures of the job from on top of the roof once it was complete so we could see how everything looked. So far I have no complaints!"
