"If you want your in-ground basketball hoop installation to be done correctly, Brad is your guy! He is very knowledgeable about a myriad of basketball hoop brands due to his level of experience. I wanted to surprise my boys & replace their old hoop that looked like it was from The Walking Dead. LOL! He was very patient with my MANY questions. After a ton of research, I decided to go with the Ironclad which can handle dunking & also has an adjustable height. Brad & his crew came out on time & began the removal of the existing hoop after explaining the process. They dug a deep hole and poured lots of cement to make sure that the new hoop wouldn't wobble. The end result was simply mind-blowing! My boys were amazed & even a few neighbors asked for his business card. They were very professional & left nothing behind. I'm so glad that I decided not to go with a local retailer's third-party installer. I definitely will be doing business with Tri-State Assembly in the future."

They informed me of each step, especially the loud banging sound when they compressed the tank and then removed it from the house without a drop of oil being spilled. "The technician 'Robi Chin' arrived on time and I demonstrated my problem and he said it was minor problem and he set to work. He finished in about 15 minutes and he relined the tracks and lubricated both tracks & springs. The door ( Which is a large door 8'X10' and his work was flawless. It works better now then when new. I highly recommend this company and intend to have them install a power lift motor package shortly. <br />"

This left us to look for alternatives, which we found with Custom Pull-Out Shelves and Refacing. Overall, the process went well, from Tom coming over to measure and giving us a quote to receiving a post-install follow-up call from Mark (?).
