"Kevin did an outstanding job, that is, once he had the opportunity to do it. He got it pressure washed fairly quickly and then it began to rain most every day as it does here in the Florida panhandle during the summer. Undeterred, Kevin made multiple trips to the house, working on the pergola as the weather would allow. Kevin is very persistent and a perfectionist in his work so he stayed at it over several days and visits and put the final coating on the pergola today! It looks great and was worth the wait! He was concerned about the time it took but I told him I would rather wait and have it done really well than rush and get a poor job. He hung with it and I will definitely be hiring him in the future for fence and deck work around the house. This is the second job he has done for us, both with outstanding results."

Marc even delivered materials to our house the day before the hurricane and was on-site working the day after the hurricane cleared out. Marc is extremely responsive, always answering the phone to talk through different questions I had and calling me pro-actively to discuss design elements and other items that arise during the project. Even now, after the project is completed and payment already made, Marc is making himself available on a Saturday to come to back over and show us how to begin the sealing process, which we opted to do ourselves. "Planned on doing half the windows but the price was so good we decided to do the entire house.  Excellent customer service setting up the onsite measurements and consultation.  Very pleased with the materials, workmanship would have been excellent minus a few dents to my window sills/scraps on the wall from the installation.  Installation crew was courteous/professional, half an hour late but we live on the outskirts of their territory.  Two-day job (14 windows) and the site was left very organized after day one.  Crew made me aware of a cracked window and immediately ordered a new one.  Other than a few bumps on the wall and a misunderstanding for the install appointment, I rate the experience A+ and would highly recommend Window World. <br />"

"I went with them because they were the lowest of 3 quotes. The salesman was pretty good; however, I was dissatisfied with the installers. They smoked while working on my property, which is incredibly unprofessional. They buried the fence so deep that many of the bottoms of the pickets are in the dirt or grass. It is very difficult to mow near the fence! Since they are the fence "experts", I feel they should have placed the fence at the appropriate height, for several reasons. They also installed the fence inches to centimeters from several tree branches which will grow. I already had to cut one tree down and several branches back. To me, this shows a lack of anticipating things that likely occur on a regular basis for them. Again, they should be prepared for these things if this is what they do for a living. They also initially installed posts that could not withstand the weight of my 12 foot gate and placed them unlevel from one another. I noticed this myself and question it. Had I not done so they would have just left their sloppy work. Lastly, the aluminum is so thin/flexible that my dog was able to force his body through until just recently, now that he is over 55 pounds."
