"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Our washing machine "hose bib" cracked and sprayed water all over the utility room, including two interior walls. After plumbers fixed the leak, they referred us to SRT. Chad came out within two hours and started drying out the house. Fans and dehumidifier ran for three days, at the end there was zero moisture remaining. Carpet was saved. Chad also referred us to a plasterer for drywall replacement and repair. Overall excellent experience, given the circumstances! <br />"

"First of all, I've never had my house cleaned before, so I'm no expert. April was nice. And for such a low price, I do feel like I got my money's worth. <br /> But I just thought that some major issues were skipped. She didn't clean the inside of our glass shower or scrub the toilets which are my LEAST favorite thing to clean and they always need it. She didn't dust anything above her eye level, which is below MY eye level. She loaded the dishwasher, but left a few random cups on the counter, like a used coffee cup and some dirty pots on the stove. Maybe she thought we didn't want her to clean those? "The package was to include caulking and minor repairs, all exterior painting, washing and prepping of all surfaces, and labor. Paint was to be paid for by the homeowner. We ALSO had to purchase the caulking, the blue tape and papers for covering the windows. They were to start on either March 31 or April 1, but when I called Mike to let him know they could start on Apr. 1, he said they had another job to do that day, and they would start on April 2. They did start on April 2nd, but never showed up until almost 10 in the morning, and the same thing happened on the two following days. Mike did very little of the actual work, he left many, many times, especially on the first 2 days. He seemed to spend a lot of time on his cell phone, when the others were working. His "helpers', Julian and Marty, did 90% or more of the actual work, and they worked well. On the third day, when they thought they were done and were packing up to leave, we had to point out to them areas that needed to be touched up or finished. They also had to use our ladders which were in our garage, as they didn't seem to have any of their own. <br />     I also hired Mike to pressure wash our pool deck and fence, and we'd agreed on a price ($200) but the work was done by Marty and Julian, again. Mike told me at least 3 times during the course of the 3 days that he hadn't been paid by Angie's List yet, that Angie's List took 30% of his pay, and asked more than once about the price of the pressure washing. I told him that I paid up front for the entire job when I contracted him on Angie's List. We were considering having some additional staining or painting work done to the fence by Mike, but changed our minds by the third day. I feel that he may be having some financial stress, but that is not my concern with a contractor. I expect the contractor to keep his personal problems to himself. <br />"
