"Replaced 23 year old Craftsman garage door opener with a Genie opener. Noah replaced it in one trip. One year warranty parts and labor. I am now waiting for the paid invoice to be sent. I am very happy with the work performed. "

Didn't even read my request and continually interrupted me on the phone. Meanwhile, Overhead Door can find NO record of purchase on the opener. same name and address for 30 years BTW. Poor records on their part. I've never had a car small enough to go in this garage so the opener has rarely ever been used and I'm supposed to just get a new one? I do not work for this company but today sure feels like it. NO confidence in going forward if they can't even keep sales records. My next step is a Consumer Complaint to the Missouri Attorney General's office."

I am terrible with names, so I forgot the young man’s name as soon as he told me, but he came out and was friendly and professional and would definitely recommend. Not one complaint with this company."
