"Mike came and unclogged our main rainwater (underground) drain, which is over 100 feet long. He then cleaned out the lines going from three downspouts to the main line. Excellent! Then he said "why don't I clean out all your lines while I'm here". So he did, showing me how each line was dirty, even though not stopped up. He even discovered where one drain line went, which I didn't know, and suggested a couple minor repairs I could make to improve the flow. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
