"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. Gary replaced or repaired all the rotting trim pieces (using Hardie-plank for replacements). Gary worked quickly and efficiently. When job was complete, trim was better than new (won’t rot again because of HardiePlank). Caulking and painting is top-notch! Highly recommend Houston Handyman for handyman services."
