"Jeff of No Mess Gutters/Roofing was incredibly communicative on the phone and provided a great overview of what services his company provides and how they will provide them, including sending over a copy of his insurance policy and other relevant information. We asked him to come out and provide an estimate on gutter cleaning and some minor roof repair. He came out to provide an estimate and was punctual and shared his honest and professional viewpoint on the work we were hoping to have done, and supplemented his recommendations with a huge number of photographs. An inspector had already told us that the gutters were likely inadequate for the size of the roof, and Jeff's recommendations mirrored that. Jeff also found numerous areas where the gutters were not correctly installed and pointed those out. We elected to replace a number of the gutters, and he was able to walk us through the process, including looking at colors and design choices that much better matched the styling and appearance of the house. He provided an estimate for the gutter replacement, as well as took care of the roof repairs that day, and we decided to move forward with having No Mess Gutters & Roofing do the gutter replacement work. We were out of town that week, but they showed up on the agreed upon date, and throughout the process the owner was in constant communication with us (including providing updates and pictures of work in process). Afterwards he also provided an enormous number of after pictures, showing the work that had been done.
