"Overall, we were very pleased with the results.  The workers were very thorough, and the work was completed in just a few days.  Though most of the old roofing material was collected and disposed of, there was some of the old material left behind in my driveway, and my neighbor's yard.  It didn't take too long for me to pick up the old material (maybe about 15 - 30 minutes), but I don't feel I should have had to clean up any of the old material (which is why I rated "professionalism" a bit lower).  Though the price was a bit more than we were expecting, we weren't charged for the removal of the second hidden layer of roofing on the front of the house.  However, since the second layer was wood shingle, which had been placed on interrupted sheeting, we did have to pay extra for solid plywood, so that the asphalt shingles could be properly secured.  I was kept apprised of everything throughout the process, which I appreciated.
