They schedule the installation within a few days. We had some rotting/ disintegrating wood under our gutters, so they replaced that and installed/ took the old gutters away quickly. The only reason I took a couple half stars away is was that the representative was about an hour late, but he was nice to call to warn us. Also, the installation on new gutters is quite expensive, but they provided us with several discounts and interest free financing. However, with a lifetime (50 years) warranty, we’re hoping to never think about gutters again."

The plan included changing some of the downspouts to give the home a better appearance. This appears to have worked well so far. Pricing was inline with other bids we received for the same work. Even in very heavy rain the gutters do not overflow, it will take some time before we can determine if the "ever clean" is as advertised."

They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It's October and leaves and debris will be problematic soon and I need to see them in action under a heavey downpour to give 5.0 stars. Other than that, I got four quotes. The sales professional was the most through. The price was on point for the quality of gutter guards. I got the "Valor gutter guards". After doing my due dilligence I believe these to be superior gutter guards. Obviously time will tell. Install team was great, on time and efficient. My only complaint is a small one, they unstrapped one of my upper downspouts that dumps into my lower first floor gutters in order to get the gutter guard fitted in place. But forgot to either install a longer strap, move the strap further up the downspout. Anyway it is just hanging out undone."
