"I had my roof replaced and after that was completed I needed new gutters and downspouts installed. Tonka Seamless Gutters is not the biggest company but they are very good at what they do and have been family owned and run for many years. I was thrilled with their work and recommend them highly!"

"for the most part pretty good. the front part of the gutters on the end of the house do lean in towards the house"

"I was tired of cleaning my gutters so I had the gutters cleaned out, sealed, and LeafFilter Gutter Guards installed. Excellent job!"

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.

"All of the work by Mid-States Gutters crew was high quality. The estimator, crew chief and installers were all punctual and responsive to our questions and needs. The installation crew worked quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, the finished installation looks great and was done for a reasonable price. We will use their services again in the future!"

"I had Simply Gutters out recently to replace some older gutters and downspouts on my home. They also added a section of new gutters to an additional area as well. The two person team worked efficiently to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time. The final results looked great. I’m confident their quality product will perform well in the long term. I did opt for gutter covers as well, due to the presence of several large 60 year old maple trees on my property. The covers are a great upgrade, versus the cheap plastic inserts I’ve used in year’s past. Do be aware that Simply Gutters may well prioritize jobs they obtain working as a subcontractor for various roofing companies. As such, they may be somewhat less responsive to direct outreach. This was my experience. How such an arrangement will factor into your final cost is unknown. All said, however, still a very positive experience and well recommended to any interested homeowner looking for a gutter upgrade."

"We didn't think we needed gutters on the south side of our house, but after living here 12 years, we got water in our basement. We called, and John came out and looked and noticed that the down spout from our other gutter was broken off and the water was pouring down onto the foundation.  We decided to have them gutter that side of the house, and he fixed that down spout and another one. The color matches perfectly, good fast job. Would recommend.
