"I called and left a message re: having my gutters cleaned.  I received a call back in less than 24 hours.  They called me 2 days later with an estimate and the work was completed within 5 days of my original call.  Gutters seem clean - can't see them, but lots of water flowing through the pipe contained to spouting (as opposed to previously pouring out of spouting over side of the house) and my basement no longer gets wet during heavy rains.  I will definitely use again in the fall and next year!! I know this comes at an additional cost, but it showed that he actually got up on the roof and inspected it before giving me an estimate. Personally, I'd rather know up front what my costs are going to be than to have surprises half way through a project. With Bernie the estimate was the cost at the end of the project and we were more than pleased with the work done.
