"Endri was very easy to deal with in getting the proposal, making and keeping the appointment, and doing the work. He is clearly experienced in making customers happy, not just doing the job and moving on. I hired him for two projects: replacing a toilet and replacing a steam radiator. He did both in a few hours. The jobs were mainly straight-forward, but the radiator proved not to be a straight replacement. But he got the necessary parts and fittings and completed the job within the time frame we had originally estimated.
