"Cabinets:  Old cabinets removed and new cabinets put in place in just three days.  Vlad made a good suggestion we never thought of to move our range over a few inches which turned out nicely.  Range exhaust had to move over a few inches and some nice custom vent work was done to accommodate this.  Excellent job with cabinet-related electric and under sink plumbing.  We never had under the counter lighting before—now I would never be without it.  Each day they left the job site very neat and clean and took construction debris with them.  (Our HOA doesn’t allow construction waste to be tossed in our condo dumpsters.)  A couple of our neighbors remarked to us how neat/clean our contractors were.      Granite countertop:  The countertop installers were very professional and did an excellent job.  They even patiently endured some hassles we had with our HOA on how we brought the granite slab into the building (not their fault!)  Tile backsplash:  We were just going to do tile backsplash on one side of the kitchen but Vlad said we should do both sides.  I am so glad we did.  It gives the kitchen a nice “finished” look.  Joseph did both sides of kitchen in one day!  He did a beautiful job.

"This was a great experience. I got several estimates but with Kitchen Renovators I also got ideas and suggestions -- using his professional experience to help me get an overall better product. He was on-time, with quality work. He'd missed some rework needed because of the new hinges but charged no extra money. He did such a good job that I actually increased what I paid him to cover some of that work. I have confidence that my kitchen will look and work great for years to come. "Sam did a great job on the basement, it looks fantastic. He has good attention to detail and is very responsive via text message. Sam came up with a plan that we approved but then once the demolition was complete, we had to change the plan to replace the sewer pipes. There were also low-hanging steel beams and lots of vents that made the basement remodel a challenge. 
Sam used subcontractors for some of the work but he would come and inspect periodically to see how they were doing. The City inspectors were also a challenge to work with and Sam had to stay on them to get them to come and actually do the inspections, but it finally all got done in the end. 
While the project was expensive, (especially with the unforeseen plumbing issues) I think we got a great value for our money. Sam is a nice guy and is easy to work with as new things are discovered and have to be accommodated during a remodeling project.

"The process went smoothly and the counters look great. I was impressed with their display and slab room. We had 75 square feet of quartz installed and they did a good job through the process. David was our rep, Christian measured and Jeff installed. Each of them was able to answer the questions I had and they did a really good job on the seams. I did not realize there were so many different options and all options. Have charges for that particular option. The only concern I had with the install is I did not like the way they mounted the sink to the underside of the quartz with silicon and two boards one on each side. I actually took the boards off and replaced them to cover the full width of the sides of the sink. I would certainly use them again but would make I paid closer attention to how the specifics of how they would install the product."

They sent someone out to our home to do the measuring and when they came out to do the installation everything fit perfectly. I think that they are total A's. I will use them again in the future."

"Ryan was the only one of four contractors to take the time and care to inspect the shower closely enough to find the small cracks around the drain and in other grout joints that could account for our problem. Ryan re-grouted those joints. We may still need to replace the shower...but I was impressed that Britton looked for a less costly and less invasive solution first. Ryan was punctual, courteous and knowledgable. I would recommend Britton Tile."

"First, the sales representative, Jaime, was exceptional. Very helpful in selecting the granite countertops and laminate flooring. We also needed some carpentry done to our kitchen. He suggested a person, who also did a perfect job. The granite countertops were installed last week. Travis and Zach were marvelous. Very professional and thoughtful to our needs. They did a wonderful job. Such craftsmanship. They were on time and cleaned up when they were finished. Last Thursday and Friday we had laminate flooring installed. Steve, Erik and Larry were just great. They removed our old carpeting and pad. They installed our laminate flooring. They did a wonderful job. Just beautiful. They were on time and cleaned up upon completion. They even stayed late (Friday afternoon) to help us move our heavy furniture. Very much appreciated. We are thinking of doing our bathrooms and bedrooms. We will definitely call 651 Carpets again."
