This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

"AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. Though all may not finish per the details (in the quote), it is built well and per the code. Matt is personable and will spend time with you explaining and answering questions. His crew is professional, he may though hire helpers for smaller tasks of the project. His framing team is excellent. In terms of timeline, these projects always take longer than planned. Most of the delays are due to scheduling township inspections (and re-inspections). Expect some delays due to Matt's team availability due other projects they are trying to finish. I am very pleased working with Matt for our sunroom project. I highly recommend him."
