He managed efficiently all aspects of the project, deciphering difficult to read architectural drawings and working with the city on our behalf to expedite permits and inspections. He kept regular communication with us regarding the project’s progress, issues, and city requirements. We were able to talk openly about costs whenever changes were necessary, and we finished the project on budget. Most of his subcontractors were equally conscientious and helpful (there was one exception, and Arthur addressed it quickly when we brought it up).
