"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"We had a great experience with Hubert Construction. They combined two bedroom to create an In-law suite with bedroom, living room and bathroom for our Mom. They also installed two replacement windows and an egress window in our basement. They guys were not only respectful of our home and clean, they were pleasant to be around all day as I work from home. They were great with my dogs, making sure they were careful when coming in an out of the house so the dogs didn’t slip out. They were very honest during the estimate and quote process and explained options and their costs."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. "Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."
