"I called Quick Response on the problem and set up an appointment.  As set, Craig called when he was on his way, and was here a few minutes before schedule (which was great).  He determined the problem and went straight to work to fix it---total time was less than 30 minutes.  The door is working fine!  Great job as usual and the price was fair.  He did not try to sell me anything that was not needed like I have experienced from other in the past.   I definitely recommend Quick Response to anyone needing a garage door repair.

"Teddy showed up same day inspected my garage door opener and gave me very good recommendations on my 20 year old opener. Not only did he offer to fix what I had but he gave me options for an upgraded opener which made way more sense. He did a full inspection on my door and educated me on every moving part of my door. After moving forward on a brand new upgraded garage door opener I figured it?s only right to get my door back on track. "Woke up and discovered that I could not get my garage door opened. The coil had broke. I called Precision Door for a service call at 9 am. They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new. I can't say enough good things about this company in particular the guys they sent over. Alex was terrific. He diagnosed my issue immediately and gave me a price with options for door repair and/or replacement. I chose repair. Teddy was the repair tech and he was equally as impressive; professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend these guys highly!!"

"Technician arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. Did not try to sell me anything additional. Adjusted spring and lubricated rollers. Door works well. Will refer neighbors to them, if they need work on the garage door."

"Excellent, Danny fixed our broken spring. He was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use his services again for ANY garage door problems."

"They did what they said they were going to do. There wasn't a whole lot they could do because the garage door needed work. They were high in their estimate so I went with somebody else. They did the assessment for probably 30 minutes. We needed rollers. They suggested putting a new garage door opener."
